By checking the registration form, I expressly authorize the event organizers, partners, and sponsors to use, modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, and/or license images, photographs, videos, and any other audiovisual material in which I hold ownership rights. I understand that this authorization does not imply any financial compensation or royalties for the use of my image. Furthermore, I understand that the images and audiovisual material may be edited, copied, displayed, published, or distributed in various media, including electronic media, without me having the right to examine or authorize the final product in which my image appears.

This authorization has no expiration date and is not limited to a specific geographic location regarding the distribution or reproduction of my image. I also certify that I have the necessary rights to grant this authorization and that the use of my image does not infringe the intellectual property or image rights of any third party.

By virtue of my participation in the race, I acknowledge that there are rules and regulations published on the website www.mediamaratonquindio.com and sent to my email address. I agree to follow all the rules and regulations established in these rules and regulations. I am aware that if I fail to comply with the rules, the organizers may deny me participation in the event without any refund. I also waive any legal action against the organizers and/or their sponsors if I am not allowed to participate in the race due to my failure to comply with these rules.

I declare that I have carefully read the regulations, terms and conditions, as well as the event's exemption declaration, which have been published in the available registration forms (physical or virtual) and on the website www.mediamaratonquindio.com. I understand that my registration for the race entitles me to participate, provided I meet the requirements established in said documents.

By means of this direct registration, made by me or submitted by another person, I accept the terms and conditions established in this document and in the regulations displayed on the website www.mediamaratonquindío.com, which I have understood and accepted voluntarily.

As proof, I digitally authorize my registration on the WEB registration form and click on the acceptance button on the registration website. I accept everything contained in the text.

DATA PROCESSING POLICY

 

The Quindío Media Maratón SAS identified with NIT No. 901.841.746-2, is the sole creator, investor, developer of the sporting event called MMQ Quindío Media Maratón, with main address at Cll 1 No. 12 -30 Ed 1A Club House Lc 3C, Armenia, Quindío and email direccion@mediamaratonquindio.com and who will be the Responsible for the processing of personal data with reservation and protection and, therefore, may collect, store, use personal data of clients, collaborators, contractors and suppliers for the following purposes:

As the owner of the personal data I have provided, I expressly authorize the processing of such data by the race organizers, their partners, and/or sponsors. This authorization is given in advance and with prior written notice and is intended to carry out activities related to the sporting event. The data may be processed manually or electronically by any means and will be incorporated into the databases of the organizers, partners, and/or sponsors. The purpose of this authorization is to receive information, promotions, and advertising from the organizers via SMS, WhatsApp messages to cell phones, email, and telephone contact at no cost to me. Furthermore, I have the right to refuse to answer questions that involve sensitive information or data of minors.

 

RIGHTS OF THE HOLDER

Your rights as data subject are those provided for in the Constitution and Law 1581 of 2012, especially the following:

1.  Access free of charge to the data provided that has been processed.
   
   
2. Request the updating and rectification of your information in the event of partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, misleading data, or data whose processing is prohibited or unauthorized.
   
   
3. Request proof of the authorization granted.
   
   
4. Submit complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of current regulations.
   
   
5. Revoke authorization and/or request deletion of the data, unless there is a legal or contractual obligation that makes it imperative to retain the information.
   
   
6. Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data or about data about children and adolescents.

For all the above, I have given my consent to La Media Maratón Quindío MMQ SAS to process my personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy provided by the company electronically on the website www.mediamaratónquindio.com/reglamento and which was made known to me before collecting my personal data, a policy that was accepted before sending the data.

I declare that this authorization was requested and presented to me before submitting my data and that I sign it freely and voluntarily after reading it in its entirety.
