What is the Quindío Half Marathon?

The Quindío Half Marathon by Café Quindío is the most beautiful street race in Colombia, thanks to its setting, filled with beautiful landscapes, traditional crops such as coffee and bananas, the best roads in the country, fresh air, and the singing of birds. It is also the most important sporting event in the department and is a result of a public-private partnership that pays attention to every detail so that participants have the necessary services for the successful development of their sports and tourism activities.

It is operated by Tata and Sebas, two businessmen who love sports and have extensive experience in organizing sporting events, including the Túnel de la Línea Half Marathon, the Golden Run Series championship, Run Kids Boy Toys, Carrera del Comercio, Pet Run Armenia, 5k Haciendo Eco por el Quindío, the Race for Mental Health and the 4th Health and Good Energy Marathon.

Exit from the main highway 800 meters from the entrance to Soledén Park in Comfenalco Quindío, heading towards the City of Armenia, returning at the Malibú roundabout and taking the north - south direction of the road until reaching the Club Campestre roundabout, turn right towards the Pan-American Highway to the free zone, where we will return to take the Club Campestre again and then head towards the finish line located in Soledén Park.

10K route

Exit from the main highway 800 meters from the entrance to Soledén Park in Comfenalco Quindío, heading towards the City of Armenia, returning at the Montessori roundabout and taking the north - south direction of the road until reaching the Club Campestre roundabout, turn right towards the Pan-American Highway to the Bonanza area, where we will return to take the Club Campestre again and then head towards the goal located in Soledén Park.

5K route

Departure from the main highway 800 meters from the entrance to Soledén Park in Comfenalco Quindío (Gran Colombia Bridge), heading towards the City of Armenia, returning 2.1 kilometers further in front of Muebles Bundaba (before Sierra Morena) to head towards the finish line located in Soledén Park.
